I recently locked myself out and wanted to get inside ASAP. Liam showed up fairly quickly after I agreed to use HR. He was very nice and did a good job. He was professional and helped to ease my frustration. Also, the price was reasonable compared to others.
Expensive for job requiring 2 seconds to finish. When in locked out condition, you have no choice but to accept the quote. But the technician did charged higher from what it takes generally. 3 star is just because the cost is not justified. When I called initially, the person mentioned much lower price and onsite technician quoted way more.Communication was great, just the price was not justified
