DO NOT BOTHER!! They have ZERO consideration for a loss. I called to enquiry about what a package consists of. I understand there's additional fees that is NO PROBLEM. I started the call about my loss loved one and what I had questions about and the first thing she says is "Well that's not the price you needs to pay better attention to all the pages because there's this and that fee" and I said that's no problem I was wondering..." and cuts me off like "no let's me explain because you need to pay attention" after that I cut her off and I said "you know what you no thank you're very unprofessional and" cuts me off says thank you and hangs up the phone. Wow..! I've been in many funerals in which I had many different experiences, some have been bad and some have been good. But in this place, Groman Mortuary I felt like if I was among family. Loosing my uncle was a very devastating to me and family but the empathy,compassion, love and care I received by Rolando Mendoza was one of a kind. His service was so attentive, kind and helpful in everything we needed. I'm so grateful for everything he did for us. All I could say is thank you Rolando Mendoza for your expertise and professionalism u extended us in time of need. And I definitely recommend Rolando Mendoza (323) 806-0128.
