Disgusting place don’t ever let your loved one be handled by these horrible people. The coordinator was absolutely unprofessional and money hungry. it’s really heartbreaking that I even have to make a review like this a day after I had to bury my loved one, but I feel like this has to be done so other people will not make the same mistake
This place sucks! left dead body in a Hearst and parked it in the la heat. During the service for my loved one our mortuary helper was taking the food that we took for family and she was so rude and unprofessional and unorganized. If I could leave a 0 star review I would…DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!.
Review from medical company . This is the worst mortuary I’ve ever worked with in 12 yrs. 1. Called in death family requesting extra time with loved one 9 hours. (This request is common until specific family members come see loved one) usually mortuaries say okay take info from company including time of death , name of professional who pronounced death and doctor who will sign death certificate and request family call 2-4 hours prior to requested pick up time. Rep was rude seemed shocked verbalized concern for body decaying, told me no that couldn’t be done.
