I don't write reviews often, but GR Air Conditioning earned this one. The central air in one of my tenant's units went out, and by that point I was already worn down. Two other companies had come through, each one misdiagnosing the problem and leaving me with more confusion than answers. I genuinely didn't know who to trust anymore.
Then Gabriel came out, and it was a completely different experience from the first call. He diagnosed the issue quickly and correctly, and what really stood out was how much he took the time to explain what was actually going on with the system. Gabriel service was very professional. His quote and service was reasonable . He did not try to overcharge. He was honest and he did a thorough job. I recommend him for any of your heating or cooling needs . He is a repair man that can be trusted.
Gabriel of GR Air Conditioning came out to diagnose my ac issues and promptly gave me costs and time to repair. He wasn't pushy like others I've dealt with and I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. I will definitely recommend these guys.
