We reached out for guidance and advisement on purchasing a home since the transactions did not involve any real estate agents. Julio met with us on a Friday and spent that weekend adjusting the purchase agreement we received from the seller. He was super helpful in protecting our interests and knowing what needed to be included in that agreement before we signed it. Julio is so kind and took the time to explain his process to us as well as follow up with us to ensure we were on a good track.
