We own a 36-unit apartment building. When our RM quit without warning, we needed a replacement but lacked a vacant unit or a competent & available tenant. We don't live nearby and thus needed to hire a Property Manager fast.We found the highest rated firm, and they said all the right things, but their contract was all about fees, a cancellation penalty, and the requirement that we give them 5% of the building's value if we EVER sell it (even if they no longer manage the property). Daniel is the best! Extremely responsive and quick to act upon any requests or issues. Clearly cares about tenant experience and making sure tenants are taken care of. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
