I am an Escrow Officer that has dealt with plenty of HOA Mgmt. companies, and let me tell you, not all HOA Mgmt. companies have the professionalism that Allstate HOA Mgmt. does. I personally dealt with Kylie, and she went above and beyond to assist me and all the parties involved in my Escrow and provided all the documentation needed in a more than timely fashion. If you ever have to deal with Allstate HOA Management, rest assured that you will be taken care of.

I am giving the 5 stars based on a short period that I worked with Jeff Gorman; he was very attentive and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. I hope Allstate maintains its performance and its standard, as it is hard to find these days.

I have worked in escrow over 25 years and HOA's can be difficult. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Kylie in the Los Angeles office. She responded to emails quickly and got me everything we needed so quickly to close on a difficult file.
