I ordered online the length I ordered was not in stock whoever they did give me other options and even a discount on the new order, the representative that helped me out was amazing patient and helpful. Love the hair is soft and doesn’t tangle however it has a weird smell to it I’ve washed it several times even went to my hair stylist to wash and blow dry thinking the smell would go away and nothing. Smell is so nasty In thinking of removing my hair but I spent so much money on my hair and installation.

My last shopping experience at Giovanni and Sons was a human hair Shoppers delight. I was provided with the highest level of customer service and excellent customer care. I highly recommend Giovanni’s and Sons for all of your human hair, closures, accessories etc needs . The customer service and hair quality is A-1, second to none.
