I had a mobile groomer come out to my home. I have a year old goldendooldle that is medium size. I asked the groomer specifically if the Van had air. I let the groomer know that my doodle was a little matted. but to let me know if she had any questions or issues. An hour later the groomer called me and told me that my doodles hair was coming off in one piece. I had her groomed once before and her hair was much longer and had no problems. it was 100. So I go to the van and the door is wide opened and I asked what happened to the air , she told me it broke. it was 100 degrees out and my poor baby was have botched and panting like crazy. Dogs temperatures can not get high or they can die easily. I grabbed my baby and told her to have her manager call me. I talked with the manager and she told me quote... the groomer told her that I requested the door be open and the air was working. I have video of my baby distressed and now she is acting very different. These girls have no idea hoW to handle business and surely do not know what they are doing. I am hoping the owner gets in touch with me.
