I would like to sincerely thank Juan Carlo for all his help. He was truly wonderful and kept me updated throughout the entire process whenever changes were being made or something was being done. Unfortunately, my dad passed away, and none of us would have ever wanted this to happen, but this place took care of everything — from arranging the transportation of my dad to Mexico to making sure he arrived safely. I’m deeply grateful for their compassion and professionalism during such a difficult time.
Juan Carlos provided us with excellent customer service. People from Funeraria Latino Americana were very polite, respectful, and responsive to any of our questions and concerns.
The coordinator from the cemetery also had great things to say about the driver representative who brought my brother to the church and burial service.
Their driver was very helpful and sensitive to our family during our difficult time with the loss of my brother.
