They take the time to explain the repairs and their importance, making it easy for those not well-versed in auto repair to understand.
The customer service provided at Frank's Auto Center is exceptional, with each customer being treated fairly. One customer even mentioned that they were treated more than fairly, despite the staff not knowing that they had grown up around cars and mechanics. The workmanship is of high quality, with all repairs appearing to be done carefully and thoroughly.
Pricing at Frank's Auto Center is considered to be fair, with one customer mentioning that they received a breakdown of all the work needed and how it works. However, one customer did mention that the price for a synthetic oil change seemed a bit high compared to other places. In summary, Frank's Auto Center is a small but trustworthy auto repair shop that provides high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and fair pricing.
