From the moment we arrived, every member of the team was a breath of fresh air. The energy here is warm, genuine, and consistently elevated throughout. We spent a great deal of time at the restaurant, and the dining experience was equally impressive — attentive, caring service paired with wonderful meals made it a true highlight of our stay.
Housekeeping was impeccable. Stepping out for a few hours and returning to a flawlessly reset room — complete with fresh berries and water — was a beautiful and thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed.

I was there in the beautiful pool bar,restaurants and I had a great salad.i had the pleasure of meeting the dream team today starting with Felipe bartender,followed by Ryan the mgr and finally Frankie the director, all Gave me great service, all handsome and professional, I met two friends that live close by that have never been there and they also had good time ..thanks
Staff were all friendly and helpful but essential touches like waters in our valet parked cars, a very shitty coffee machine in the room, housekeeping not cleaning the room though we left for a few hours made the stay a slightly disappointing one. It seemed like a touch below the excellence of a typical four seasons hotel
It had a nice view of the Hollywood sign though
