I am currently suing FGC Construction for Fraud, Negligent Misrepresentation, Breach of Contract, Constructive Fraud, Negligence Per Se (Conspiracy). A quick look at my profile pic sums up FGC perfectly - you can see a worker from FGC trying to install HVAC ducting on the OUTSIDE of the house on my roof. I purchased a home from Keyrock Investments in La Jolla and they used FGC to remodel the home. I know they used FGC because Julio Figueroa left behind his receipts and paperwork.
