The expert team provides personalized care with a holistic approach, including innovative therapies like EMDR and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Treatment is available at PHP and IOP levels. The staff is professional, kind, and dedicated, making clients feel seen, heard, supported, and cared for throughout the entire journey. Group therapy is a key component, facilitated by very good therapists who gently guide clients. These groups foster a real sense of community with relatable individuals dealing with similar issues, which many clients look forward to. The process for ketamine-assisted therapy involves great time and care, from setting intentions to integration, and is more than just a drug experience. Therapies like EMDR help reprocess buried memories and unpack serious trauma. Clients report feeling better, seeing light after struggle, and feeling like a new woman, with the heavy weight of trouble becoming a thing of the past. The facility provides a calm and comforting space for lasting recovery and well-being.
The staff here really goes above and beyond for care. I was experiencing severe depression, anxiety, and c-ptsd and the group therapy sessions have been super helpful guided by the licensed therapists that are well trained and thoughtful. I've been in and out of treatment centers and have had such a whirlwind of negative experiences with some centers only concerned about the business and getting your insurance money. Justin the Program Director exudes positivity and works hard to ensure every experience is met with kindness. My therapist Julia is always so genuine and sincerely cares about people. I've been and have been going through the toughest time of my life and I don't know where I'd be with out the help of Felicity-- Eternally grateful.
As someone who has struggled with depression and trauma for a long time, I am pleasantly surprised after only a month of PHP level of treatment, I am already starting to feel better and see some light at the end of the tunnel. Group therapy has been key. The therapists they have facilitating these groups are very good at what they do - gently pushing us to find the answers within ourselves. The other clientele I have encountered in group are all very relatable humans, all dealing with unique, yet remarkably similar issues. I have been having a really hard time this year and it was suggested that I get into an IOP. Looking through options online and making phone calls, it was all so daunting to me and I truly wanted to give up, until Felicity popped up on a search. I spoke with Justin, who made me feel so comfortable, which solidified my choice. I was also apprehensive about group therapy, and after my first session, I couldn't wait until the next. I am doing EMDR therapy with Lukas and I have reprocessed memories that were buried deep inside. I look at myself as this garage full of trauma and anxiety, with the help of the staff at Felicity, I am cleaning the garage and finding things that I didn't remember I had. Little by little, I am unpacking serious trauma that I have held on to for years. while everyone's experience is unique to them, I truly appreciate Felicity Mental Health. Dr. Spencer and N.P Rosa make you feel seen and heard. Therapist's Julia and Lukas are kind and so nice.
