Foremostly, my biggest problem which i would sue him mightily for is the fact that he has taken 1 year and 4 months to get this small square 800 ft2 ADU to where it is now. barely finished in a shotty manner. with no final inspections passed or me having received a certificate of occupancy. 1 year and 4 months and counting.when he started in 2017 he busts the gas line and wastes like a month to figure out what to do about. unethically, he doesn't tell me that i will be charged for this gas line burst until i just recently found out from SoCalGas that they will be charging me for it. and of course he refuses to pay it for me. i will be taking him to small claims court... read full review

If I could put negative a million stars I would. An experience with company is anything but EZ! This company told us 2 weeks for a small garage to art studio conversion. It took over 10 months. They failed every inspection multiple times. Shotty craftsmanship across the board. They ruin parts of your house every time they work. They send sub contractors that they've never used before to your precious home. Most of the time the subcontractors never show. EZ builders will not communicate with you. Doesn't respond to calls, texts, emails. They take your money and run for months. The job was supposed to be 22k. A week after paying they changed the price to over... read full review
