    amazing collection of tiles and slabs. great customer service. Laura is amazing, very response and so sweet. There is also free parking which is hard to find in West Hollywood. If you need tiles, look no more. This is the place!

    First time renovating a home so a complete newbie and boy am I glad I went to Emser to get my tiles. Samantha and Leo are both amazing and super helpful throughout the entire selection, purchase, delivery process. I sent so many emails with questions, more follow up questions, bla bla, and they always got back to me in a timely manner and answered all my questions.
