I discovered Elite by accident, I was in Chinatown when I noticed a sign next to restaurant saying, "Hair Cut $10". I needed a haircut and for $10 I it was worth a try. The pleasant Chinese lady was very nice and while the cut was a little shorter than I usually get the haircut was perfect. After I mention the length I preferred my haircuts are exactly as I like it. I am not suggesting what you should tip buy I give her $15.

Great hair salon. The lady opened this salon about 20 years ago. Neatly decorated, free parking lot at back (very convenient), very low price for haircuts. She cuts with details for both man and woman and does not rush. Highly recommended!!

I have been coming here since I moved to LA 15 years ago. They are the best. The boss lady always cuts my hair perfectly. I remember the first time I got a haircut, boss lady made a couple suggestion. Based on the features of my face, she said if I cut too much off the top, it wouldn't look right. Her suggestion was on par. Ever since, I have always come to her and no one else. Be open minded, she knows what type of hair style fits your looks. I have no regrets and will continue being a customer until the day they retire.
