Poor, inconsistent communication. I purchased on Groupon and had so many difficulties trying to book an appointment. The schedule showed there was availability the next day so that is what I originally booked for… I was in pain & in need of a massage.

I was able to get in contact with Ashley and she said she wasn’t in business at the moment but appointments would be back available beginning of March. Me being patient and optimistic - I waited about 2 weeks until March came to make another appointment. Even though I needed the massage immediately I kept my voucher because I thought I’d like her service.
