The team is patient, responsive, helpful, and fantastic. They are incredibly thorough, efficient, and professional, consistently up to date on all tax changes. I’ve been working with Erin since 2007. She is incredibly thorough, efficient, and remembers everything from the past year(s). She is consistently up to date on all of the tax changes that occur, and lets me know how the changes affect me. Further, her team is responsive and so helpful when I have general questions. I recommend her to all of my friends. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my taxes!
I've used E&M for years for my taxes and have always been extremely happy with their work. Erin, Sara, Koree and the team have been fantastic. We moved to TX from CA this year and they helped us with a number of issues including marriage, moving, investing, and home questions.We even got hit with a tax bill as CA was coming after my wife and I for over $500 because they said we didn’t have health insurance for all of 2021. E&M handled it like pros and not only is this handled but we got a refund check for $95 as the state made an error.
