Slow, loud and completely disruptive. If these guys start building in your neighborhood, think about moving. Otherwise, get ready for years of noise starting at 7am, catcalling and threats of being towed as they monopolize all street parking. As far as I can tell, the only thing Dreyfuss Construction creates is chaos.
Just bought a new home built by Dreyfus. The property is beautiful. Not surprising though that a new home has some problems e.g. some things need better caulking or painting, appliance needed better installation etc... but Dreyfus has been attentive to resolving these issues.
