Rayo told me the supposed "doctor" turned out to be GAY!! How outrageous. I want a straight doctor reviewing me. No essence of gayness should ever be brought up. I'm felt as I was violated of my human rights! How gay. Do not suggest at ALL.
Been going here since I was 3 years old, I'm now 30. I refuse to see anyone else. Always makes sure I have the best contact options and easy to get an appointment. Love this place.
Uh it's a NO for me on this doctor. He diagnosed me with Strabismus last summer. Long story short, I went to another Optometrist AND an Ophthalmologist who told me that I don't have it. I paid for Prism in my glasses with Eric Gaylord and didn't even need it. I was so stressed and paranoid about it after the diagnosis. No one's eyes are completely straight. There is always one eye that is off center but. God made it that way but I didn't know that before. What I conclude is that I was simply manipulated out of money by this office (Gaylord and his team) I have an appointment to go get a refund. I appreciate that they owned up to their dealing. Please note that I used my own glasses and they were sent off to have the prescription lenses put in them. I didn't know that the lens in the glasses were not my original lenses when I picked them up. I though the prescriptions were put in my own lenses. They don't have the original lenses that was in my glasses (or so they say) and I was never given the original back so I'm getting my property back NOT in the same way it was given to them....It is ridiculous but since I don't use those glasses and haven't since shortly after receiving them then I won't stress about it too much...
