10/26 - I had an appt today at Details. Olga and Hannah assisted me. Very professional, fun, happy-to-be-there attitude and environment. My mom has been going there for 9 years and she is a forever client. This was my first and I will be booking again in the future. Went in for highlights on my dark brown hair. Olga was friendly, sweet, and very detailed. She knows what she is doing. While there, both Olga and Hannah had absolutely 7-8 clients walk-in, get their hair washed, cut, and hair blown out. Had waist length hair for years, decided to get a pixie! They nailed it perfectly based off photos, being from oc i thought oc places would be cheaper but her cuts were the same price and 100 times better than other places i have been. Also stylist is honest about what is flattering and personally i appreciate that!

Hands down the best hair cut I've received. My aunt, mom and husband (and now my kids will) go here when we are in LA. The best part of her cut is that Hannah makes it so easy for me to take care of my unruly thick curly hair. To those who find her rude, she's actually very nice once you get to know her. She's a real straight shooter, kinda bitter sweet like the old Korean way. ;) Most other hair stylists told me I need to either straighten or perm my hair to calm it down. Hannah complimented my curly hair and told me to never straighten/perm it again! Over and over, she does her magic and turns my unruly thick curly hair to not only manageable but stylish!
