Where to begin with how wonderful this company is... Neena is a godsend to any homeowner who is considering renting out their home. She is experienced, knowledgeable and supportive. She walked us through the entire process and actually helped get us get things done. She is straightforward and keeps things simple, which I love. With Designation Property Management, we were able to get our home prepared for future tenants, list it and have it rented out within a week. That's right, one week. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use this company. If you are on the fence as to whether or not a property manager is "worth it"... trust me, it most definitely is.
