We had an old “CareTaker” box in our house installed that suddenly started to make a buzzing sound. I call CSI Security and was transferred to Al and explained the problem. He asked for my phone number and called me immediately back. I took some pictures and he talked me through and was able to get rid of the noise.
This was such a great and pleasant experience since I don’t even have a contract with CSI. This is so rare these days. People say this is NOT our problem, I am so happy and impressed with this helpful customer service person named Al. THANK YOU. You made my day. Great job

CSI is responsive, helpful and you can easily reach an actual person when you have questions. If you have an issue, they usually can come out within 24 hours. I only wish I knew about them sooner, instead of being tortured by ADT for years.
