These guys are great. Their salesman came out and did his pitch in the most non salesman way. He offered me options but was very blunt about the weight of my options and what exactly I would be paying for. The price ranges were similar with the five other companies I'd spoken to, but the quality he offered, the warrantee and service options were too good to be true. I made a deposit and set a date.
The men arrived on time and were done in half the time we had planned on. They walked me through the very fancy touch screen system. I can link it to my phone, I mean come on!
Sales and service were both excellent, I highly recommend.
Guy has been absolutely wonderful to work with — this is my second time using his services and he continues to exceed expectations. He recently replaced my condensate water pump and drain line, and also went above and beyond by replacing my AC grate so I can easily access and replace the filter myself — completely free of charge. His responsiveness has been exceptional throughout, and he genuinely takes care of his customers rather than just completing the job and moving on. Highly recommend Guy and his team without hesitation.
Guy and his team were awesome to work with. We needed to install central air but only had heating. Super easy to coordinate over the phone, they showed up and completed everything in one day. Everything was cleaned up and working well by the time they left. Guy also followed up to ensure there were no issues a couple days after the installation.
