Called to ask about their typical turnaround and the man operating the phone offered me troubleshooting advice free of charge rather than just having me wait over the long holiday weekend. I wound up solving the issue, but I almost wish I hadn’t so I could give them my business!! This is the mark of maintenance workers that care and I’m giving them a hearty recommendation based on that alone. I’m confident they would do good work on any machine you bring them and charge you an honest rate for their work.

The one thing you don’t ever want to happen ! Yup I dropped coffee on my laptop. I waited 24hrs ( don’t ever wait, immediately go to this place ) as soon as I arrived, they greeted me and I felt so relieved and secure. They said they would test my laptop and if it was able to be repaired then they would provide a price but if it was beyond repair then they would not charge for the diagnostic. 3 days later I got the call. He gave me 2 options: repair for an amount over the value of this laptop or use an external laptop in the meantime. Great service ! My computer had many problems, one which was my CPU overheating. They were able to figure it out. My PC is running excellent now. There very patient in explaining everything. My new spot for PC repairs.
