Computer Annex is fantastic! We had an amazing experience working with them, and Ty was especially helpful and informative. We brought in our super old iMac that we thought was completely dead, and we assumed all the information on it was lost. Ty took the time to carefully extract as much as possible and managed to recover almost all of it, which honestly felt like a miracle. On top of that, he upgraded the computer with a new drive, and now it’s running better than ever. I can’t recommend Computer Annex highly enough. We’ll definitely be bringing all of our future computer needs here!
Came here for the first time to get two of our gaming PCs repaired, both were out of storage and had a few other issues. The staff was VERY patient and took the time to sit down with us, understand what was going on, and make honest, helpful recommendations.
We arrived a little under two hours before closing and asked if it would be possible for the repairs to be done the same day (since we were hoping to use our PCs that night). Even with limited time and lots of other customers coming in, they made sure we were fully taken care of. This is probably the best computer repair shop in LA. I came here to get my computer fixed because it wasn’t running properly and kept blue-screening. I thought my computer wouldn’t be able to be recovered. just a few hours later, I got a call from Computer Ahnex, who informed me that they had diagnosed and solved the problem. These guys are very qualified and are the veterans on the job (over 30 years). Once again, best computer repair shop in LA and I would highly recommend it to anyone in LA who needs their computer fixed.
