I was initially very frustrated when attempting to make an appointment, as it took several tries to secure a time. The delay was due to the fact that only one person handled appointments for my specific doctor and she was allegedly so busy that I had to leave a voicemail on what appeared to be a cell phone. My calls were not returned promptly, which was extremely frustrating. It seemed ridiculous to me that something as basic as scheduling could only be managed by one person.
