The atmosphere was relaxing as well as inviting. The staff was professional and accommodating. The services were lovely, especially the body scrub and the facial. I live about 90 minutes from this location, but the experience was worth the drive and I will definitely return.
My first experience at a hotel spa was horrible I paid $300 left feeling like I was massaged by a handless person, so I was extremely hesitant to try another hotel spa and I know not all are the same but sometimes one bad avocado kind of discourages you from wanting to try another one it's just hard to get that taste out of your mouth. However after one bad avocado I did have another one and know we're friends again. So back to the spa... long story short, I made a new friend :). and it wasn't just the spa that made the experience amazing, the hotel patio pool and bar with amazing views, restaurant, speakeasy bar, and my plus one made the experience feel like I was on a vacation even though I live 5 mins away. Thank you SLS Hotel and Ciel Spa!!
Best Facial Ever! I get regular facials and this was one of the better experiences I’ve had. The staff are so friendly and attentive and Bella was excellent. I got the peel / ice following and had Instant glow and plumping highly recommend!
