Went in for a gel manicure and didn’t leave satisfied after polish mishap 4 days after my service, however, I called and they re did my entire set free of charge. As a customer, I think rectifying an error is important and I’m happy they took care of me with even more intention. Will be going back! (:
I’ve been to Chi 3 or 4 times now and I can confidently say it’s my new go-to nail salon. I drive from North Hollywood to visit Chi and it’s more than worth it. I feel like there is more care taken with each mani than other salons I’ve previously called “home” in LA. They don’t drill too harshly, will offer suggestions where welcome & always strive to do their absolute best with designs. It’s a women-owned small business and I mean - you can’t ignore the vibes - immaculate! I’m looking forward to many more visits to Chi.
Amanda is amazing! She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly talented at what she does. She always listens to exactly what I want and my nails come out perfect every time. I always leave so happy!
