I had a great facial here! Bibian is gentle and professional and did a great job with my skin even though I threw a few curveballs at her (second trimester pregnant with rosacea) and she wasn't fazed. I didn't realize before I booked that you get to completely relax on a massage-type table and everything when you get the facial. The room has great ambiance with essential oils and soothing music. I can't explain how amazing my entire experience here was. My mom bought me a gift certificate last year and I finally made an appointment with Bibian. She was so gentle, understanding, and helpful. We talked about the issues I'm having with my skin and figured out a game plan that works for me. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I rarely wear makeup anymore so I am trying to get my skin as healthy as possible. I was a little nervous to get a facial because in the past I've left places looking scary from all the extractions. I just had the most AMAZING FACIAL OF MY LIFE !!! You feel relaxed as soon as you walk into Bibian's salon. Her energy is calming and her hands are magic . She is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home . I have not had a facial since before the pandemic and my skin feels so clean after just one time . She is also very good with teenagers . My daughter and I can't wait to go back. Bibian is a gem nestled in Highland Park . Thanks Rosie for recommending us
