New patients do get as much time as they need with the ability to be seen without ridiculous multi-month delays as well. However those with LA cares or low income healthnet don't include this facility.
Additionally if you do have dental coverage you will still need to go elsewhere and there may be other holes in there coverage.

I’ve been going there over a year and the ACC Clinic and Nurses are the best I’ve ever had, and Cedars-Sinai is a great hospital. I’m from NYC, where we have great hospitals but in my opinion, the Doctors and Nurses are as good as they come.
