The mason they sent was clearly experienced and took great care to match the existing mortar color and joint profile. The chimney looks much better and I have peace of mind knowing it is structurally sound. They also swept the roof and gutters clean of all debris before they left. Great value and quality work.

The technician diagnosed the problem as failed sealant and old, brittle flashing. He removed the skylight, installed new custom bent flashing, and reset the unit with fresh sealant. The whole process took a few hours and the cost was very fair. It has been through several rainstorms since and no leaks. I wish I had called them sooner.
