I had two appointments that were great. I was on time to those. She is clearly in a hurry though. I was very pleased with results. Appointments last 6 minutes. The emails sent out say there is a 10 minute grace period before losing appointment and that may be changed by the stylist at any time, of course. Normally I leave from work to go to see her. I miscalculated the time to drive to her and was running 10 minutes late. I drove all the way there and received a text at 10:06 am stating the the missed my appointment.
