Our old HVAC started leaking badly, so I called a few companies - but didn’t like their approach.

The fan motor needed replacing and Brody Pannell sourced the motor and had the job done in the time that they estimated it would take. Rubin was excellent in communicating and sorting out the problem and very polite and efficient.
