Stay away from this company. Unreliable, shoddy work, overpriced and does not keep their commitment for any of this! Shocking that I have to write this review but I do not want anyone else to have the same experience I did. I hired them several months ago to repair a broken outdoor outlet and several other small tasks. At that point last fall they were great! On time, professional and did the job efficiently. For $2000+. Less than 2 months later the outlet stopped working. I called to have them come back to repair that AND to remove some sconces before I had painters coming. They scheduled me for 12pm-2pm and didn't arrive until 4:40pm at which point it was too dark outside...read full review

Overpriced and no business ethics. They refused to give us an hourly quote, their only quote was 1800. for a day's work. We only needed some lights hooked up around the stove and counter area which would not have taken a whole day's work. Their electrician finally came after 3 weeks of their cancelations! After looking at the work, he said cannot quote anything besides 1800. for a day's work, he was just going to work and let us know. We were not comfortable with that and when we called the lady at the office was rude and dismissive. Kept on repeating it's 1800. for a day's work and refused to quote any hourly work at all. After a visit from an excellent tech to discuss the work we needed, weeks later I received an astonishingly high, single-number quote from the company that provided no detail as to how it was arrived at. Some time after I requested detail, I received a two-line (labor and materials) quote with a claimed 10% discount. When I again requested explanation for the basis for this still highly inflated quote, I was told someone named Donovan was in charge of that. My repeated requests to speak with him have been ignored and I’ve received no further outreach from anyone at the company. Business must be good…but it won’t be from me.
