Dr. B has helped me heal from crisis (accidents) and also repetitive motion (musician, bass player), and other repetitive movements (like sitting too much) that caused me a lot of pain and suffering. I don't have the superlatives to describe the care I've received from Dr Bosten, so let me just start typing.......the care she provides is so exceptional as to be almost indescribable. It's the real care that one hopes to find, but rarely does, among the medical community. It's the care that she provides every time from the very beginning that sets her above and beyond all the other doctors (Chiros, MDs, PTs etc) that I've visited for various injuries over many years. She treated my initial injury (low back) by really taking time to evaluate my mechanics, range, rotations etc before setting into motion a plan to get me healthy. She is honest and so damn good at putting that recovery plan to work. She took my pretty severe back lock-up and got me straightened out so quickly and my back has been the best it's been in many years. Shortly after that injury I came in with a knee issue after several days of snowboarding. It was swelling and painful. She quickly let me know the issue and started treating it with ultra sound, adjustments, deep tissue massage & Russian Stem. It worked like a dream and within days I forgot about my knee as the pain was gone. Importantly, she tells you what you need to do to keep things in order after recovery. Within a month of that, I partially dislocated my shoulder (SC joint of collar bone). I went right to her and she assured me she'd get it back and explained what would transpire over a handful of visits. Again, she was 100% accurate while providing the best care I could hope for. You can feel her genuine elation when you're healing. Knowing I'm in great hands is calming to my mind. Everyone in her office, including Doug to Gita, are amazing as well. Many of my friends who work stunts and whose bodies are physically challenged on a daily basis rely on her to keep them moving.
