I visit all yoga box Studios in San Diego, currently the one I visit the most is the one in Chula Vista. They recently opened and I really like Robert’s flow. His classes are very intentional, you are not only working out, you’re also leaving there with inspiration and a positive outlook. Another reason why I love the practice.

At first I was nervous about going to class since I had not done yoga in a public setting before, but they are so welcoming here. Kris C is awesome and great support for a newbie like me. Highly recommend!
