We had a great experience with Richard! He installed our new half-bath faucet, replaced a broken hot water shutoff valve, and even secured our pedestal sink back to the wall for us. The job ended up requiring multiple trips for parts and adjustments, but he stayed patient, professional, and made sure everything was done correctly.
