Was thinking of signing up to the BBB so I made a submission. I was unimpressed by the rep that called me. She couldn’t get my company name right. She didn’t know what services we do. And when I ask her for more information, she sends me an email of one of their customers canceling his subscription. I was surprised how unprofessional the call was.
I don’t understand why this agency does not have five star review reviews. People have put in negative reviews for issues with the physical location. I have always asked for assistance through their website. They are prompt and helpful. I have Requested for their assistance several times and every time they have delivered quick and positive results. The businesses respond immediately once I ask BBB‘s help. This is the best thing that could happen to the American consumer. Thank you BBB!
