He was quick to respond, very skilled, and genuinely cared about getting my heating system working again. I came home after a long trip and found the furnace had stopped running, leaving the house very cold. I called early in the morning, and Liam followed up soon after and arrived that same morning. They quickly replaced my furnace when it started acting up and showing unsafe burner issues. After that great repair experience, I did not hesitate to call again when I noticed a problem with my heating system and related equipment over the weekend. Brad offered to come out Sunday night, but I chose the first appointment Monday morning instead. The team was very responsive, had someone on call, and handled the furnace service in a professional and courteous way. The technician also helped tidy up the work area after the repair. I really appreciate the fast response, clear communication, and dependable heating service.
When our heater stopped working, i called for heater repair, and nicholas came out himself to inspect the system and find the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and returned about an hour later with a temporary used blower motor so we could have heat again until the full furnace replacement was completed. That really helped keep the home comfortable and safe while we waited for the new unit installation. They did not charge us for the service calls or for the temporary motor, and they gave us a very fair price on the new furnace.
