Bertha was amazing!! She did exactly what I asked her to and made my brows absolute perfection! She has great customer service skills and listens to her clients needs. I'll definitely be back!
Decided to try out this brow bar since it was so close to where I live. Booking online was so easy and quick. Bertha was amazing! It had been so long since I've got my eyebrows wax and I had trouble explaining what exactly I wanted but she did it! She knew exactly what to do and I loved the results. Will definitely be booking with her again.
Decided to give this place a shot once again and it was super easy to make an appointment online with Bertha. Traffic sucks in DTLA but they have validated parking. Bertha did a great job on my brows and I'm excited to go back :)
