Got botched eyelashes done at a different location in town. I wanted them removed immediately, so I contacted Beau Ideal and they fit me in with 30 min notice!! Thank god. They were super friendly and willing to help despite the pounds of lash glue they needed to dissolve off my eyelids. Their location is super cute and clean. Would definitely recommend this place to friends or even come back here later for QUALITY lash extensions.

I have been going to Jen on a monthly basis since 2013 (as of now, that's 6 years!). In that time, I've lived in Downtown LA, Pasadena, Chino Hills, and San Francisco. I've tried dozens of other lash places in the aforementioned cities, but Jen's expertise and hospitality always keeps me coming back! Jen has had to fixed my lashes when I have visited subpar lash salons (thank God) when I went local or cheaper. She is well-skilled and knowledgeable. I trust her wholeheartedly with her technique. It keeps me coming back to LA from SF, and it's worth it. there's no other like Beau Ideal.

All I have to say is Jen is amazing at what she does! I came in for a correction of eyelashes that I had received at a different salon, she gently removed each lash without causing more damage to my already poor glued together lashes. We did the volume lash and the results are by far the best I've ever received! I have finally found my eyelash professional! They look and feel amazing! She is also very thorough and takes the time to answer any questions you may have, and educates you so there will be no confusion on how to properly take care of your lashes for the best possible outcome. I HIGHLY recommend Jen, there will be no disappointment!
