I worked with Basa Construction on the Earthquake Brace Bolt, EBB ( for for my mother's house. Basa Construction was prompt and professional for the inspection. They also found some foundation repairs that needed to be done. Their bid was reasonable (and mid range of the other contractors contacted.) Basa was familiar with the EBB Program and managed the experience very well. They pulled permits with the city, and submitted documentation to the EBB Program. Once the work was approved by EBB, scheduling was easy. Basa was on-time and completed the work as planned and budgeted. After completion, Basa managed the permit inspection and again submitted the documentation to EBB. I was easily able to coordinate with Basa from San Diego for work done on my mother's house in Los Angeles. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Basa Construction.

Arthur was so helpful with his help with our foundation. I'm not usually one to review on Yelp but he was so helpful and great to work with that I felt like I needed to jump in here and sing his praises. Highly recommend!!

We used Basa during our general inspection when we were in escrow on our house. We later hired Arthur once we were officially the owners. Arthur did a thorough job inspecting our home and gave us his honest advice and reasonable estimates. He repaired the cracks in our foundation and also did the retrofitting all within a day. He is very responsive and on time. I highly recommend Basa!
