The handle broke off our shower and we needed our shower fixed. Allen sorted out what we needed, via phone and photos, and got the correct part ordered very quickly. The following day, David came over and quickly and efficiently, replaced the faucet face plate and handle. Everything is working perfectly now. Price was extremely reasonable. Entire issue solved in less than 30 hours! :-) Couldn't ask for better service.
Bailey Plbg is the best! I have used them for many years and they are always reasonably priced, efficient and pleasant. Most recently, Fredy cleared a stoppage in my bathroom sink. A few days later, he & David were here to replace a very old 2" broken cast iron pipe that was causing a serious leak under my kitchen crawl space. Now everything works beautifully! It's always a pleasure to speak w/Alan on the phone. He does the scheduling & he, too, is pleasant and efficient. I would use no one else for my plumbing needs.
