What an amazing experience! From the first interaction, everything was relaxed. The salon was very clean and welcoming. Charlette answered all my questions beforehand and was able to accommodate my schedule. During my lash service, she was so friendly and made me as comfortable as possible. Following my service, she followed up with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with my lashes. Even when I had some after-care questions following my service, she responded to me with knowledge and care. Great customer service and easy to access location. Definitely would highly recommend for anyone looking for beauty services in the LA area!

I absolutely love my service with Charlotte. First of all the environment was a total vibe. I love the comfortable laying in bed/massager. I nearly fell asleep twice during my appointment. I felt so comfortable. It was painless, and it was the quickest service. I experienced definitely will be back soon.

I love coming here to get my lashes done! It’s been almost a year or two since I’ve been going to Charlette and she always leaves my lashes looking sooo bomb! I travel from the valley just to go get my lashes done by her! Def worth all the money! 5/5 ⭐️
