This is my third time ordering. My first order in 2022 was great! My order in 2023 was also great! I loved the hats! I even recommended a few people to order from their site. However, this last order I made was extremely disappointing. The hats were made very poorly. You can see hot glue all over the hats. None of the other hats looked like this from previous orders. No big deal. Things happen. I sent an email to them with pictures. They responded by telling me the hats weren't damaged. You can clearly see the damage in photos. They said I could return them, but would have to pay shipping. I can understand paying shipping if you just change your mind. However, paying for shipping when the hats are damaged on their end? That's terrible customer service. Very disappointing. I will never order again. $23.96 is a great price for 3 hats. However, I wouldn't even want these 3 hats for free. Save your money. Buy somewhere else. I tried to post pics, but they aren't showing. I'll be posting on yelp and sitejabber with pics.
