Great customer service, and I love their work. I took in some clothes for dry cleaning and they did amazing on them! They did great just like my other clothes! They are genuine with my work and I love that. I never leave reviews but this cleaners deserves one. Thanks guys!

This place is the best in Dtla and I've tried them all. The owner is always there and so helpful. I've used their dry cleaning services countless times , their fluff and fold service, and I've never had a single issue and my clothes are usually ready way earlier than expected. Thanks guys you're the best

They do a decent job with dry cleaning but won't be returning anymore. Firstly, I think their prices are on the higher end but the real issue for me is the lack of consistency in their pricing. Prices seem to be set at their discretion (on the spot), which is technically/usually fine, but when you're a recurring customer and there's no real transparency in the pricing and have an unclear idea of what you will be charged until the moment you walk in, seems a bit like price gouging. This most recent visit, I had them sew in 2 buttons and when I got it back, I was pretty shocked by the quality of the job. The buttons were barely fastened on and a completely different thread color from the original. Mind you it's a dark brown shirt, not some insanely unique color impossible to match. Just seemed very lazy and negligent. When I put the shirt on, there was a gaping hole in between the buttons because it was so loosely sewn on. I considered going back to get it fixed, but decided to just start going elsewhere because I have just been relatively unhappy with their service/customer service. And after reading other reviews, sounds like if I had asked for a fix, the owners would have been less than kind about it.
