It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, you will be skip over by the walk ins. It's damn near an all day thing just to be seen. My dog had surgery here. I had a follow up appointment for 10am, when I arrived the waiting area was full. The waiting area has thinned out and I still have not been called.
The quickest and simplest way to care for your dog. They were more than kind they cared for my dog as if it was their own.
