I waited for 4 hours to be seen, and I was the 3rd person in line! I was there for a total of 4 1/2 hours. You are not allowed to go back with your dog. I did not get to speak to the vet that examined her or whoever it was, but spoke to a man in a wheelchair that the techs passed all the records to for him to read, then enturpret, then explain to the owner of the dog. He had no idea why she was having diarrhea and gave me 3 different scenarios, which I had already contemplated. He had no idea what was wrong with her arm, or where her arm was painful, or why she was limping. I'm just so glad I brought a fecal sample for testing! This gave me an answer! This is a no-frills community veterinarian- Do not expect a Beverly Hills vet. They are affordable and to the point. However, all the staff truly cares about what they do, and it shows.Things to know-They do not take appointments, it is on a first come, first serve basis. You must get there early before opening to put your name on the list to be seen. If your animal needs to schedule a surgery, you can schedule that after your initial appointment.-Have your cell phone charged, you maybe asked to wait outside while waiting to be seen. In my experience, The doctor here is very knowledgeable and caring with our pets and took the time to talk to us and answer all out questions. The staff here are young but very helpful. And their order of service works. You sign in and they give you an estimated time of when you will be seen and they call you when you are next so if you live neat by this makes it easier to go back home take care of some things and may your way back.
