After leaving my poor violin in the closet for years, I was in for a shock when I opened it and all my bow hairs were broken! I thought it had just decayed somehow due to poor storage conditions or something, so I figured I should just go get it rehaired. This shop had such great reviews and was close by so I brought my bow here. Jeff took one look at the sorry state of my case and said I had bow bugs! I was incredulous at first, but after a quick google search, there was no doubt about it. He instructed me on how to manage my case, but he also genuinely took the time to look over my bow. I went there to get a bow rehearing, and he gave me a new bow(way better than mine) for almost northing because I wasn't carrying cash with me. I felt bad though, so if you're going there, he only accepts cash or a check(No Venmo, no Zelle, etc.). I highly recommend this place; I hope this was helpful.
